From now on, recreation or living on the water is a great pleasure in these sustainable and luxurious houseboats by TMBoats. These houseboats have been developed in an entirely new way.

There is literally a house brought to the water. In these times there are strict requirements for housing. Therefore TMBoats also sets high standards for the houseboats. Durable, energy efficient, healthy living environment and quality are aspects that are highly valued. This is reflected in the fact that the houseboat is equipped with a thick insulation package, wooden frames with triple glazing and roofing with white slate. The whole is also built airtight.

Also, the layout of the houseboat can be called homely. A compact houseboat from the outside with lots of warmth and space inside. A beamed ceiling, wooden interior doors with portholes, a spacious luxury kitchen, a large bathroom and even a separate spacious toilet and all in dimensions required within the housing construction.

The houseboats are built in the Netherlands. Down to the smallest detail, the experience of the owners is reflected in the houseboats. Thanks to the use of natural materials, the boat exudes atmosphere and luxury so you will feel right at home, and the whole requires little maintenance.

The houseboat has extra thick walls, a sturdy wooden beam ceiling and steel frame undercarriage. This makes it deeper in the water and a lot more stable.

They are also CE-D approved, which means that they meet the guidelines of the Recreational Craft Act and therefore may lie in many marinas.
