In other words, HISWA-RECRON is the business organisation for water sports and recreation. This allows you to do business with one of the Schepenkring brokers with peace of mind!
Benefit of membership for consumers
As members of the association, the Schepenkring makelaars are obliged to use the conditions. These General Terms and Conditions have been drawn up in consultation with ANWB and the Consumers’ Association so that all consumer interests are properly safeguarded. HISWA has therefore the only branch organisation in the water sports sector to have an independent arbitration board in which consumer organisations also have a seat.
Advantage of the Hiswa for water sports enthusiasts
The association ensures that the water sports infrastructure is continuously improved. Just think of the construction of aqueducts or the realisation of new shipping routes. But concerns such as the rapid growth of proliferating water plants or playing with water levels are also adequately addressed and discussed with the responsible authorities. After all, water sports entrepreneurs and water sports enthusiasts both have an interest in high-quality waterways.
