More information about the Van de Stadt Marsdiep 34

This beautiful Van de Stadt Marsdiep 34 is a unique classic S-frame with a beautiful sleek line and good sailing characteristics. On every trip, I received daily compliments on the elegance and condition of this sailboat.

The ship is included in the BHS (Historical Ships Register, NL) and registered with the VKSJ (Association of Classic Sharp Yachts, NL).

This slender lady was built in 1963 by the then well-known Shipyard Kuijper in Schoorldam, to a design by the famous naval architect E. G. van de Stadt. It is a sturdily built steel ship with a lifting keel, allowing the draft to vary from 1.10 m to 1.95 m, ideal for both at sea and for inland waters such as the Wadden Sea, IJsselmeer, Frisian and Zeeland waters.

For those who love beauty and are looking for a boat with all the comfort and relatively little maintenance, Amandine is a good choice.
