Regulations regarding recreational boating

Boating licence and marine radio certificate
If you have a marine radio on board, you need a marine radio certificate. If your new ship is a fast motorboat, shorter than 20 meters and can sail faster than 20 kilometers per hour, or a pleasure craft with a length of 15 to 25 meters, you must be in possession of a boating licence.
