More information about the Wauquiez Centurion 45s

The Wauquiez Centurion 45s is a robust and elegant performance cruiser, valued for its quality and excellent sailing characteristics. Designed by the renowned yacht designer Ed Dubois and built by the French shipyard Wauquiez, this model combines speed and comfort, ideal for long distances.

Technical specifications and design The hull of the Centurion 45s is made of hand-laminated fiberglass with vinylester resin and built with the infusion technique, which ensures a light, rigid construction. Equipped with a bulb keel, this yacht offers optimal stability and excellent sailing performance. With a length of 14.00 meters, a width of 4.16 meters and a draft of 1.95 meters, it is suitable for both coastal waters and the open sea.

Rigging and sail plan The Centurion 45s has a fractional rig with a high-aspect mainsail and an easy-to-trim headsail, which benefits maneuverability and speed. Thanks to the balanced ratio between sail area and weight, this yacht offers high speeds without compromising stability, making it suitable for both racing and comfortable cruising.

Interior and comfort The interior of the Centurion 45s is practical and luxurious, with a spacious saloon, well-equipped galley and three double cabins for a comfortable stay on board. The use of teak wood gives the interior a warm, classic look.
