More information about the Bavaria 36-2 Cruiser
Very neat and well-maintained Bavaria 36-2 Cruiser from 2002, owner's version with shallow keel (1.60 m). This popular version combines excellent sailing characteristics with a lot of comfort, both on board and during longer trips on inland waters and at sea. Thanks to its shallow draft, this yacht is perfectly suited for Dutch waters and the Wadden Sea, but also sturdy enough for coastal sailing.
The saloon is spacious and bright, with two comfortable longitudinal benches, a large galley with plenty of storage space and a practical navigation table with separate seating. The finish is classic and warm, with blue upholstered cushions.
Equipped with a reliable Volvo Penta 29 hp engine, modern navigation equipment (Raymarine eS75, ST60 set, autopilot, AIS), and various recent upgrades such as an electric anchor winch (2018), Victron battery charger and solar panels. The rigging is complete, with a fully battened mainsail (2018), genoa II (2018), storm jib (never used) and Furlex furling system.
In short, a very complete and well-maintained Bavaria 36-2, ready to go!
