This 1992 Catalina 36 is a spacious and comfortable sailing yacht with a practical layout and many recent upgrades. With a length of 11,07 meters, a beam of 3,63 meters, and a draft of 1,35 meters, this is a fine vessel for inland waters, coastal waters, as well as longer vacations.

A significant plus is the 42 hp Craftsman CM4.42 diesel engine from 2016, with approximately 500 operating hours. Also, the fuel tank was replaced in 2013, the service batteries in approximately 2023, and the wastewater tank discharge pump in 2024, among other things.

The sails and rigging have also been thoroughly overhauled. The Quantum Sails mainsail and genoa are both from 2020 and have sailed only approximately 600 nautical miles. The rigging was renewed in 2021. Furthermore, the boat is equipped with, among other things, a Raymarine autopilot, Raymarine chart plotter, Quantum radar, AIS, Furuno Navtex, and an NMEA 2000 network.

Inside, the Catalina 36 is spacious and practical. There is an aft cabin, a spacious galley, a U-shaped seating area, an additional seating area, a toilet with shower, and a lockable bow section with a double bed.
