This 1992 Catalina 36 is a spacious and comfortable sailing yacht with a practical layout and many recent renewals. With her length of 11.07 meters, width of 3.63 meters and draft of 1.35 meters, this is a fine vessel for inland waters, coastal waters and longer holidays.

An important plus is the 42 hp Craftsman CM4.42 diesel engine from 2016, with approximately 500 operating hours. The fuel tank was also renewed in 2013, the service batteries in approximately 2023 and the waste water tank discharge pump in 2024.

The sails and rigging have also been well addressed. The mainsail and genoa from Quantum Sails are both from 2020 and have only sailed approximately 600 nautical miles. The rigging was renewed in 2021. Furthermore, the boat is equipped with, among other things, Raymarine autopilot, Raymarine chart plotter, Quantum radar, AIS, Furuno Navtex and NMEA 2000 network.

Inside, the Catalina 36 is spacious and practical. There is an aft cabin, spacious galley, U-shaped seating area, extra seating area, toilet with shower and lockable V-berth with a double bed.
