Silvia is a characterful and completely modernized cabin boat that combines the charm of a classic steel cruiser with today's comfort and technology. In 2024, the boat was completely rebuilt in a renowned shipyard and equipped with numerous high-quality innovations, making it immediately ready for relaxed day trips, weekends or longer holidays on the water.
With her dimensions of 8.50 x 2.85 meters Silvia offers a surprising amount of living space. The warm wooden interior creates an attractive and comfortable accommodation with sleeping facilities, a complete galley with gas stove and refrigerator, a closed toilet room and a cozy salon where you can stay comfortably even in bad weather.
The reliable new Yamaha 60 HP outboard engine ensures excellent sailing characteristics and low maintenance costs. In addition, the boat is very completely equipped with, among other things, a electric anchor winch, bow thruster, chart plotter with depth sounder, shore power connection, inverter, heating, LED lighting, three batteries, solar panel installation of 2 x 300 watts and WiFi on board. Thanks to these facilities, Silvia is excellently suited for longer independent stays on board.
Much attention has also been paid to maintenance. The boat has an antifouling treatment from 2024 and is in a well-maintained condition. Steering wheel Hull and Construction
Silvia was built by Molenmaker as a robust steel chine cruiser, a hull shape known for its stable, comfortable and course-keeping sailing characteristics. The all-steel hull, superstructure and deck ensure a durable construction suitable for years of sailing pleasure.
The classic white hull and superstructure give the boat a timeless appearance, while the spacious aft cockpit offers a lot of comfort while sailing and mooring. Thanks to the wheel steering in combination with the electric bow thruster silvia is easy and pleasant to manoeuvre.
As a classic ship, Silvia exempt from CE certification, which is common for boats from this construction period. Thanks to the extensive refit, however, it is in a neat and modern condition.

Silvia is equipped with a modern Yamaha F60 FourStroke outboard motor of 60 hp, who during the refit in 2023 this reliable and economical four-stroke engine is known for its quiet operation, low maintenance costs and excellent reliability.
The boat sails comfortably with a cruising speed of approximately 8 knots (±15 km/h) at approximately 2,000 rpm, where the fuel consumption is only approx. 3 litres per hour amounts to. The maximum speed is approximately 11 knots (±20 km/h), more than sufficient for comfortable cruising on rivers, lakes and inland waterways.
For optimal maneuvering, Silvia is equipped with a electric bow thruster, making mooring and unmooring easy and comfortable, even in wind or current.
The electrical installation is fully equipped with three batteries, shore power connection, an inverter and a powerful 600 Watt solar panel installation (2 x 300 Watt). This makes long-term independent stay on board excellent without constantly depending on shore power.
