Valk Genie cruiser – a boat with a beautiful sailing story

This Valk Genie cruiser from 1991 is more than just a motor yacht. It is a ship with character, history and many beautiful sailing stories. The boat was originally built for the owner of the Valk shipyard in Franeker and has since had a lot of water under its keel.

The current owner is the third owner. Together with the current owners, the ship has made beautiful journeys, all the way to Spain and Scandinavia. That says a lot about the sailing pleasure and the possibilities that this cruiser offers.

With her steel hull, approximately 10.50 meters in length and a 106 hp Vetus Deutz diesel engine, this is a complete base for wonderful cruises and longer holidays. On board you will find a salon, pantry, fore and aft cabin and a wet cell. There are two fixed berths and two extra berths available.

The ship is technically complete, but needs some attention in a few areas. For example, the paintwork could use a refresh and some windows suffer from condensation. A great opportunity for someone who wants to completely customize the boat to their own wishes.

Due to their age, the current owners are reluctantly saying goodbye to their hobby. Their greatest wish is that a new owner experiences as many beautiful moments and sailing pleasure with this special Valk Genie cruiser as they have.
