Vacance 1100 Lady Rose – Dutch craftsmanship with approximately €30,000 in recent investments

This stylish Vacance 1100 from 1998 was built by Vacance Jachtbouw in Sneek, a Dutch shipyard specializing in comfortable steel motor yachts. With her robust steel construction, generous dimensions and warm, classic interior, the Lady Rose offers everything for relaxed cruises and longer stays on board.

Particularly interesting are the investments of approximately €30,000 since 2025. For example, the propeller shaft and propeller shaft bearings have been renewed, the underwater hull has been blasted and re-coated with a protective epoxy coating system. New anodes and batteries have also been installed. Important work that can save the future owner significant maintenance costs.

Propulsion is provided by an 88 hp Yanmar diesel engine with only 2,211 operating hours. This indirectly cooled engine with conventional propeller shaft drive is excellently suited for comfortable cruising. Thanks to the bow thruster and stern thruster, the ship also maneuvers particularly easily.

Inside you will find a spacious saloon, complete galley, two sleeping cabins, a shower and an electric toilet. With four fixed and two extra berths, there is plenty of space for family and guests.
