Amirante 970 – Comfortable steel motor yacht with bow thruster and dual steering

This charming Amirante 970 from 1984 is a practically laid out Dutch steel motor yacht, ideal for relaxing trips. With a length of approximately 10 meters, a width of 3.20 meters and a shallow draft of only 1 meter, the Asjemenou offers excellent opportunities to explore the Dutch and Belgian inland waterways.

The reliable 60 hp Peugeot Indenor diesel engine ensures a comfortable cruising speed of approximately 9 km/h and a modest stated fuel consumption of about 3 liters per hour. Thanks to the hydraulic dual steering and electric Vetus bow thruster, the ship is pleasant to maneuver. The propeller shaft was renewed in 2022.

Inside, the ship has a cozy salon, practical galley with a four-burner gas stove, refrigerator, dinette, toilet and separate aft cabin. With four fixed and two extra berths, there is plenty of space for family and guests.

The ship was inspected in 2018; the corresponding inspection report is available. The last engine service dates from 2023. In addition, a lot of spare material is supplied to service the engine.

With solar panels, new batteries from 2025, heating, bimini and swimming platform, this Amirante is exceptionally well equipped.
