Unsinkable sailing yacht in good condition. Very suitable as a family boat. Equipped with new TBS Antislip deck (original from Etap), new sprayhood & cockpit tent worth €3,000 (2023)

Boat from 1st owner, never damaged, no long journeys made with the boat.

In February, the keel was fully primocon and antifouling treated. Engine annually maintained by yacht service of Delta Marina.
