The Aquila 29 is known for its excellent balance between comfort and sailing characteristics. With a length of 8.80 meters and a width of 3.00 meters this yacht offers a surprising amount of space, without compromising on maneuverability. Thanks to the fixed keel and a draft of only 1.20 meters this ship is the perfect partner for the Dutch inland waterways, while the air draft of 11 meters ensures that most fixed bridges on the main waterways are not an obstacle. The Hollandse and Stichtse bridges, for example, will not be a problem.

Comfortable and Warm Interior

Step into a cabin where the term "coming home" is central. The interior exudes a classic and warm atmosphere accentuated by the blue upholstery that contrasts beautifully with the woodwork.

Berths With a double bed in the bow and a double bed that can be set up in an instant in the middle of the cabin, there is enough space for a family or a small group.

Technology and Reliability

Under the stairs we find the reliable Japanese Yanmar YSM 1-cylinder diesel engine. With a power of 8 hp and an extremely economical consumption of only 2 liters per hour, you can sail carefree to your next destination. The engine provides enough power to sail on the Randmeren in any weather. The number of operating hours of the engine is unknown, however, the engine has had regular maintenance and starts and runs well. Last year (2025) new antifouling was applied.

Sailing pleasure with the Tiller

The "Boeie !" is a ship for the active sailor. The tiller steering gives you a direct feel for the water and the elements. The aluminum mast, the stainless steel rigging and the solid Dacron sails make this yacht a reliable appearance. The self-tailing winches make trimming the sails a breeze, even when sailing solo. Mainsail, jib and genoa are included with the boat, although the sails are a bit outdated, they are still perfectly usable.

Equipment

The boat is fully equipped for immediate use. From a sprayhood from 2023 that protects you from the elements to a practical swimming ladder for a refreshing dip. The sail cover was also added to the boat in 2023. The accessory battery is from 2021 and the engine battery from 2019. New windows were installed in 2022. The stove is from 2024.
