This Fun Craft 1200 from 2005 is in very good condition and ready to sail! The current owner, an experienced professional skipper, has maintained the ship excellently and provided it with various innovations.
With two spacious cabins (both with a double bed), a bright saloon, a modern corner galley and a cozy dinette, this ship offers all the comfort for longer stays on board. Thanks to the large aluminum windows, there is a lot of light and a spacious feeling. The recently renewed PVC floor is easy to maintain and stylish.
This ship is technically in excellent condition. The engine has few hours and has recently undergone major maintenance. The underwater hull has also been professionally blasted and provided with new antifouling. With the new powerful bow and stern thruster you can maneuver effortlessly, regardless of the circumstances.
Extras such as AIS, new batteries, extensive solar panels, LED lighting and extra sockets make the ship fully equipped for comfortable sailing. The separate shower and toilet, recently overhauled, provide extra convenience.

original VAT invoice is missing but as long as it is not sailed more than 12 miles from the coast (demonstrable via the existing AIS system), a VAT declaration is not required. If the potential buyers still require this, the current owners are open to take on the costs as part of the negotiation.
In the foreship is a 2 pers. cabin, followed by the saloon with dinette on port side. Spacious corner galley on starboard side.
Cupboard wall on port side. Aft cabin with double bed and ample cupboard space, separate shower and toilet. All floors fitted with new PVC, all feed-throughs and ball valves replaced in 2.
The windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Sufficient power outlets.
Tents have new zippers and are provided with new stitching. (fully impregnated last year)
