Bénéteau Oceanis 45 – “La Sirène” (2013)

Step aboard the Benéteau Oceanis 45, a comfortable and excellently maintained sailing yacht designed for both relaxed cruising and serious sailing trips. "La Sirène" has been in the possession of its first owner since its construction in 2013 and is in excellent condition. With her spacious layout, solid equipment, and powerful engine, this yacht is ready to go immediately.

Fully equipped and ready to sail

With a length of 13,5 meters and a width of 4,49 metres This Oceanis 45 offers an impressive amount of living space, both above and below deck. draft of 1,75 meters makes her suitable for a wide range of sailing areas in Europe.

De Yanmar 4JH5E diesel engine With 54 hp in Saildrive version (with original cuff) it provides reliable propulsion. Fuel consumption is approximately 3 liters per hour. The last engine service was performed in 2025.

Comfortable and warm interior

The interior is classic and atmospheric with warm wood tones and beige upholstery. There are a total of 3 spacious cabins (2 rear, 1 front) with fixed sleeping places for 6 persons, plus additional sleeping space in the saloon. The saloon is spaciously laid out with a U-shaped sofa, dining area, navigation area, and a practical galley with a gas stove (2 burners), oven, refrigerator, and freezer.

There are 2 wet cells on board, both equipped with an electric toilet and shower. Hot water is provided by a pressurized water system. The heating on board is of the brand Webasto and provides comfort during cold nights.

Navigation equipment & electronics

The navigation is complete and modernly equipped with, among other things:

Autopilot (Simrad)

GPS and chart plotter (Simrad 9")

Marine radio (Simrad RS10)

Depth gauge, log/speed, anemometer and compass (2x)

There are three batteries on board, charged by shore power or the engine. Both 3V and 12V power supplies are available.
