Bénéteau Oceanis 45 – “La Sirène” (2013)

Very completely equipped & ready to sail

With a length of 13.5 meters and a width of 4.49 meters this Oceanis 45 offers an impressive amount of living space, both above and below deck. The draft of 1.75 meters makes her suitable for a wide range of sailing areas in Europe.

The Yanmar 4JH5E diesel engine with 54 hp in Saildrive version (with original cuff) provides reliable propulsion. Fuel consumption is approximately 3 liters per hour. The last engine service took place in 2025.

Comfortable and warm interior

The interior is classic and attractively designed with warm wood tones and Beige upholstery. There are a total of 3 spacious cabins (2 aft, 1 forward) with fixed berths for 6 people, plus extra sleeping space in the saloon. The saloon is generously laid out with a U-shaped sofa, dining area, navigation corner and a practical galley with gas stove (2 burners), oven, refrigerator and freezer.

There are 2 wet cells on board, both equipped with an electric toilet and shower. Hot water is supplied via a pressurized water system. The heating on board is from the brand Webasto and provides comfort during cold nights.
