For sale Beneteau Oceanis 31 – comfortable sailing yacht in excellent condition

For those looking for a reliable, comfortable and well-maintained sailing yacht, we are pleased to offer this one Beneteau Oceanis 31 Built in 2009 (launched in 2010), this popular model from the renowned French shipyard Beneteau combines user-friendly sailing characteristics with a surprisingly spacious and bright interior, making the boat an ideal choice for both day trips and longer holidays.

The current owners have been sailing this yacht with great pleasure since 2015, primarily on the Grevelingen lakes. Their reason for selling is the desire for a larger size, making this beautiful vessel available for a new owner.

Design and sailing characteristics

De Oceanis 31 was designed by the renowned architectural duo Finot/Conq and is known for its stable handling and ease of use. With a length of 9,30 meters (length overall 9,66 meters), a beam of 3,40 meters, and a draft of only 1,30 meters, this is an excellent vessel for both inland and coastal waters. Class B CE approval ensures that this yacht is safely suitable for sailing on open water with multiple people on board.

The round bilge hull is made in blue polyester, with a white deck and a sleek, modern look. The cockpit features wheel steering, and the uncluttered layout makes the boat easy to handle, even with a small crew. The rigging is fractional, with a Dacron mainsail and genoa (2010) and four Harken self-tailing winches. The mainsail is battened and has a hood; the genoa is equipped with a furling system.

Engine and technology

Under sail, the Oceanis 31 is lively and on course, but also delivers reliable performance under engine. On board is a Yanmar 3YM20 inboard diesel engine With 21 hp, indirectly cooled, and a propeller shaft drive. The engine has been serviced annually, with the last major overhaul performed by a specialist before the 2024 sailing season.

For the power supply, the ship has 2 service batteries and a starter battery, a battery charger, shore power connection with cable and both 12V and 220V systems.

Interior and comfort

Inside you will find a surprisingly spacious and bright lounge, finished in modern woodwork with light upholstery. Thanks to the standing height the interior is comfortable to use. The ship offers four fixed sleeping places divided over two cabins, plus two additional berths in the saloon.

The galley is fully equipped with a two-burner gas stove with oven, an electric refrigerator with freezer compartmentand ample closet space. A boiler provides hot water for both the indoor and outdoor showers.

The wet area is equipped with a manual toilet, sink and shower. Heating is available in the form of a Webasto hot air heater, so that even in the colder seasons, staying on board is pleasant. A radio/CD player and television are available for relaxation.

Navigation and electronics

The onboard equipment makes the ship ready to sail and well-equipped for voyages on inland and coastal waters. The equipment includes:

Raymarine C80 chartplotter

Raymarine autopilot

Raymarine anemometer ST70

Maintenance and condition

The ship has been on the quay for years and has recently (spring 2025) been fitted with a new layer of antifouling (Seajet copper-containing, self-polishing)The hull shows only minor signs of wear. The engine received its last major overhaul in 2024. The vessel is in good condition and ready to sail immediately.
