More information about the Spear 30

Spear 30 "Aegir" – Classic sailor with character and reliability. The Spear 30 "Aegir" is an elegant, timeless sailing yacht from 1981, designed by Speckman & Arends and inspired by the famous Pion 30. This seaworthy classic combines the charm of the 1980s with excellent sailing performance and a proven track record. A yacht with history and care. This Spear 30 belongs to the third owner and sailed primarily in the Zeeland and Wadden Sea regions. With the current owner, the yacht spent years ashore. In 2024, the underwater hull was fully treated with three coats of Primocon (International) and two coats of Hempel hard antifouling – ready for many carefree sailing days. Engine reliability. The original Volvo Penta MD7A (13 hp) inboard engine with Saildrive was fully serviced in early 2024. Economical (approx. 1 l/h) and reliable. Comfortable, classic interior. Inside, you'll find a warm, classic design with a cabin, a lounge with sofa beds (sleeps 5 in total), a galley with a two-burner stove, and a toilet. With a standing height of 1.80 m, the interior is comfortable, and the Webasto hot-air heating ensures comfort, even in the early and late season.
