Etap 21i (2000) – Unsinkable quality sailing yacht with shallow tandem keel, recent sails and full documentation

The Etap 21i is internationally known as one of the most successful compact touring sailing yachts from the Belgian shipyard Etap Yachting. Thanks to the famous double-walled, foam-filled unsinkable hull, the stable sailing characteristics and the surprisingly spacious accommodation, this model is popular with both novice and experienced sailors. In addition, the double rudders provide excellent control, even when the ship is heeling, while the tandem keel with only 70 cm draft is ideal for the Veerse Meer, the Zeeland Delta and the Wadden Sea.

This Etap 21i "Hermes" has always been stationed in Delta Marina in Kortgene since its new delivery and has been carefully maintained by its owner. The ship has a Yamaha 8 hp four-stroke outboard engine with electric start, newly acquired in 2015 at the Delta Marina Service Center. In April 2026, maintenance was carried out and the throttle cables were also renewed, making the engine fully ready to sail.

The rigging is also in good condition. In 2019 both the Elvström mainsail as well as the genoa renewed (Cross Cut Dacron) and additionally the ship is equipped with an Furlex furling jib system, an Elvström spinnaker, Lewmar winches and Raymarine log and depth sounder. Thanks to the spacious cockpit, four berths, a practical pantry with a two-burner spirit stove and a porta potti, this is a complete cabin sailboat for weekend trips and holidays.

An important advantage of this ship is the complete documentation. We have all original purchase documents, including the original purchase invoice, with which the VAT-paid status of the sailboat can be unambiguously demonstrated. This offers future owners extra certainty and facilitates any sale or use within Europe.
